Open Access Fees and Waiver Policy

MACIJ operates under a full open access publishing model. All published articles are freely accessible online without subscription barriers.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 100,000 IQD is applied to accepted manuscripts to cover peer-review management, editorial processing, online publication, and long-term digital archiving. No submission fee is charged. The APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript.

Fee waivers or partial discounts may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as for authors from low-resource institutions or countries. Waiver decisions are made at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and do not influence the editorial or peer-review process.
