Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Formatting Requirements
- Submit the complete manuscript as a single Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx)
- Include all author information in the main document
- Use single-column layout, 12-point Times New Roman, double spacing
- Remove tracked changes and highlighting before submission
Manuscript Structure (In This Order)
- Title (concise and informative)
- Author Names and Affiliations
- Corresponding Author Details
- Abstract (maximum 250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 terms)
- Main Text (numbered headings)
- References (APA 7th Edition)
- Tables and Figures (at end of document)
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
- Funding Statement (if applicable)
- Competing Interests Declaration
Tables and Figures
- Numbered consecutively
- Minimum 300 dpi resolution
- Include descriptive captions
References (APA 7th Edition)
- In-text citation: (Author, Year)
- Reference list: alphabetical order
- List up to 20 authors; for 21+, list first 19 then “et al.”
- Include DOIs when available
Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of references.
